Richard Howard Payne, age 70, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on October 28, 2022. Richard was the beloved husband of Danielle Ann Payne (nee Wenner); devoted father of Jennifer Anne Connolly and her husband Patrick, Jonathan Edward Payne (Jessica), and Jared Richard Payne and his fiancé Zephyr Gold; loving grandfather of Emma Marie Connolly and Drew Patrick Connolly; dear brother of Phillip Payne, Michael Payne, and the late Clara Payne; cherished brother-in-law of Daniel B. Wenner and his wife Tish, and the late Dianne Johnson. Also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, 610 W. MacPhail RD, Bel Air, MD 21014, on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 4-7 PM, with a funeral service to begin at 7 PM. Interment services are private.
