Margaret C. Calvo, age 100, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of the late Rocco and Cora Transparenti; devoted mother of Mary H. Kollman, the late Jerome T. Kollman, and the late Jay L. Hugunin III; dear sister of the late Antoinette Cosentino, the late Phil Transparenti, the late Lou Transparenti, the late Joseph "Reds" Transparenti, and the late Mary Bentz; loving grandmother of Michelle Mize and her husband Drew, David Hugunin and his wife Dawn; adored great-grandmother of Christina Lombardi and her husband Tyler, Jamie Denlinger and her husband Alec, Mackenzie Hugunin, Trevor Hugunin and his wife Dane; cherished great-great grandmother of Elise Lombardi, and Hugh Hugunin; also cherished by Bob Hoban.
A visitation for Margaret will be held Monday, November 25, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM. The interment will take place at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 4430 Belair Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206.
