Just found out about Kenny's passing.  So sad,,,,,,,,Kenny and I worked a two man radio car in the Southern District way back in the early 1970s, and got involved in several battles on the street!
We had each others back on so many occasions.  He was very fun to work with and we made a great team.  Though I haven't seen Ken in about 8 years since the last BRPBA retirement meeting, I still remember the exciting times we shared together on the Baltimore City Police Department 40 years ago!  Rest in peace my brother!  Your old friend "Deno"

It is with deep and sincere sympathy and condolences to Kenny's family on the loss of their Dad and Granddad. I have know Kenny for 60+ years, going through high school, attending our Class of 61 Reunions, our Multi Year Reunions and exchanging numerous Facebook posts over the years. The most recent favorite memory was one we made to each other at our last Multi Year Reunion in 2019 that IF we both were healthy enough to attend he promised me we would have a dance. We managed to make it and as the picture shows, I got my dance with one of my favorite partners. Kenny was such a legend in so many fields-Military and Law Enforcement just to name two in which he excelled. His friendly manner, his caring attitude, his ability to accomplish any job he was facing and most of all his wonderful personality and smile made him so special. He has left his family a shining example to follow. I will miss my friend and I speak for many. God has gotten a wonderful angel. Kenny Rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to Kenny's family. Like many on here Kenny was my co-worker at the Southern District from 1995 until 2001 when I left for a new assignment. When I arrived at the Southern as a 30 year old rookie Sergeant in his first assignment, I was truely blessed to have Kenny in my squad. He took me under his wing, showed me how things were done in the District, and was the best mentor I could have ever had. We developed a strong friendship. I always had Kenny with me in my assignments at the Southern, for 6 years, in patrol, and foot.  I enjoyed all the times we shared both at work and off duty. More recently I enjoyed times with Ken at the retired police meetings, and also up the casino in Perryville. We always chatted for hours when we saw each other. I will miss him. I know he battled hard the last couple years, and now he is at rest. He is truly one of the greatest men I have ever had in my life. I will always remember him. God bless his family and friends during this time and always.

  My condolences to all family and friends. Kenny was one of my mentors and friends when I started in the BPD in 1993. He was the reason I trained and ultimately stayed in the Southern District for 17yrs, before being promoted to Sgt. . He was a great teacher, friend and police officer.  We had many good times and bad as brother officers. Through it all I knew I could always depend on him.   God Bless him and the family. 

Worked with Kenny at Southern District and also occasionally at the Patapsco Ave District Court. Kenny was an Amazing Officer and always had a good sense of humor. I know he will be truly missed by those who have had the fortune of knowing  him. May you Rest in Peace Kenny. My thoughts and Prayers go out to his Family.

Worked at Southern District with Kenny always willing to help anyone.  Giving advice to rookies to help them become better police. 
RIP Kenny. I'm in Florida, but you are in my prayers. Condolences  to his family,  be proud he was a good man.

I worked with Kenny in The Southern District great guy sorry for the loss.

Met Kenny in the police academy. and saw him on and off during our police careers. I reunited with him after retirement at the courthouse in Brooklyn and enjoyed his pleasant company and great stories about the military, and the police department. He was a good and decent man who loved his family, and I shall miss him terribly. Go with God my friend, and I'll see you at the next roll call.  

I am so sorry for your loss.  Kenny was a great, caring hard working person and loved his family.  Words will not wipe away your tears and pain but hold onto your memories because they are forever and will remain and I know you have a lot of memories.

I am so sad to find this out.  Ken and I have been friends since high school.  He always sat with us at our reunions.  Sincere comfort for his family and friends.  Ken will be missed by many who loved him! May he forever Rest in Peace!

I was very lucky to serve in BPD in the Southern at the formative, beginning of my career.  Kenny was there as well, and always had a grin on his face and provided mentorship to me and newer guys like me.  I’ll never forget that
