Joseph William Conrad, age 85, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022. Joseph was born August 17,1936 in Maine to the late Emily and Emil Thon; beloved husband of the late Dolores Marie Conrad; devoted father of Deborah Thim and her husband Chuck, Denise Hallock and the late Joanne Fleming; loving pop-pop of James Stiles, Joseph Fleming and Curtis Hallock; cherished great-pop-pop of Jaxson and Maddox Hallock; dear brother of Toni Thon and her partner Kathy Heron, Annette Burkindine, and the late Jerry Conrad; brother-in-law of Robert, Martin and Michael Holtman, Frances Voight, Catherine Danna and the late Joseph Holtman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery.
