Janet Louise Mullen (nee Hagarman), age 87, of Fallston, MD passed away on November 10, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis John Mullen; devoted mother of Victoria L. Ruffing, Michele M. Mullen, Alicia F. Takacs, and Shawn K. Walbrecher and her husband Kevin, Sr.; loving grandmother of Claire Ruffing, Meredith Daloni, Shelby Iagnemo, Stephanie Takacs, Kathryn Schaedel and her husband Scott, Kevin Walbrecher, Jr., and Catherine Walbrecher; cherished great-grandmother of Winifred Daloni, Artemis Duman, Riley Iagnemo, Lukas Helmuth, and Olivia Rippin; dear sister of Donald Hagarman and his late wife Christine, Lawrence Hagarman and his wife Patricia, the late Dolores McHugh and her late husband Thomas, and the late Wanda Bemiller and her late husband Albert. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, 610 W. MacPhail RD, Bel Air, MD 21014, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 10:30 A.M., at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 2407 Laurel Brook RD, Fallston, MD 21047. Interment will follow at Highview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
