Donna, Nancy and Chris,
Your Dad left you many beautiful memories.
His love will always be your guide.
And though you cannot see him,
He will always be by your side.
May the peace of God, the love of family and the joy of special friends  comfort you  and other family memories during this time.

Good memories of fun times at Grandma Joan and Grandpop Bernie’s house when we visited.  It was usually during the holidays and we remember the train Gpop Bernie would set up on the living room floor…good times, good stuff and we are grateful.  Peace out Bernie…you lived a good life.

I am grateful for the life of the man who gave me the most fiercely protective and loving mother on Earth. His hardworking example was instilled in his daughter who, in turn, passed that to me. May his memory forever be a blessing to all who loved him.

Donna, Nancy, and Christina, you have my deepest sympathy in the passing of your dad. May the wonderful memories each of you have of him , comfort you during this difficult time. Just know you are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless!

We were blessed with the most gracious, unselfish, loving and giving parents three girls could have had.   My dad Bernie worked double and triple shifts all of his life, to make sure we were provided for.  While we didn’t realize this as children, we surely did as adults.  Both he and my mom continued to give to us as adults, and passed it onto their grandchildren.  Never taking from us…always giving.  It is with this in their hearts that my sisters, Nancy and Chris gave back to him, as they lovingly cared for him in his final year.  While at times it caused him frustration that he had to depend on them,  he voiced many times that he “got the best care in the world.”  We will miss you dad, your Navy and  WWII/Korea stories, your stories as a youth in Baltimore City, your family stories, and your love.
