93, passed away Feb. 25, 2016. She was born in Indianapolis to the late Merle and Tressie Sims. Along with her husband Elmer they owned Woods Market in Beech Grove for over 30 years.
Catherine is survived by her son Scorchy (Jan) Woods; daughter Phyllis (Dave) Miller; granddaughter Dawn Adams; great grandchildren Randi Adams, Lynnsi (Remy) Strosnider, and Jared Adams; great great granddaughter Lilly Strosnider; and sisters Mildred Martin and June Ware. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Woods; son Lester Woods; brother John Sims; and sister Helen Clark.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday March 1st at 7:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel, with visitation from 4 PM till time of service.
