Mildred Adams Lewis

Mildred Adams Lewis was born on October 17, 1925 in Wise County, Virginia to the late Reed and Clara (Marshall) Adams. She went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2020 in Princeton, West Virginia at the age of 94.

Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; husband Burt Lewis and her first husband Jerry Polk; 1 sister; and 5 brothers. She is survived by her daughter Lisa (C. H.) Meade; grandson Caiden Meade; and many extended family and friends.

Mildred had been a life long resident of Crab Orchard and Sophia.

A graveside service will take place at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
