Margaret "Sue" Marie Cregger

Born September 7, 1928, at Davy, WV, She was the daughter of the late Rev. Loran Alden Cook and Elsie May McKenzie Cook.

Mrs. Cregger was a member of the Ghent Church of God. She was a Homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Warren Cregger in 2010; four brothers, Benny Ray Cook, Paul Cook, Jerry Cook, and Bobby Cook; two sisters, Betty Riggs and Emma Jean Hughes; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include a son, Roger Wingler of Versailles, Indiana, and Darryl Christian whom she raised. Four sisters, Vera West of Columbus, OH., Lorna Dillion of Houston, TX., Magel (Darrell) Stapleton of Beckley, WV., and Shirley Faye Madden of Glade Springs, WV. Two brothers, Johnny (Patricia) Cook of Roderfield, WV., and Willard Cook of Mena, AR. Two Grandchildren, Jillian and Kayla of Sanford, NC., and five great grandchildren, Jackson, Lacy, Allie, Aubrey and Hunter. A host of nieces and nephews. A former sister-in-law, Shirley Cozort, Ravencliff and a special friend, Elizabeth Bragg of Flat Top.

In keeping with her wishes, a Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Stanley Metz and Bishop Darrell Stapleton officiating.
