Margaret Alliee Cole

Mrs. Margaret Alliee Cole, age 75, of Beckley, passed away on Saturday, December 19th, 2020 at her home. Born on November 19, 1945 in Slab Fork, WV, she was the daughter of the late James Dinkler and Estella Frances Santrock Dinkler.

In addition to her parents, James and France Dinkler, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Osborne. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Dana Cole; sister, Patty Alderman and her husband, Homer of Beckley; cousins, Betty Allen of Mabscott and Mary Peirce of Cincinnati; many nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Brenda Duesing, Ruth Cole and Mary Williams and her husband, Michael; and brothers-in-law, Bobby Cole and Gary Cole and his wife, Kim.

Margaret graduated from Beckley College with her Associates in Banking. She was a District Secretary for Assembly of God and an Administrative Assistant for 45 years at Raleigh County National/United Bank. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God and served as Head of Inner Circle at United Bank.

She was a Sunday school teacher for children around the age of 15. Her favorite vacation spot was the beach and had a passion for attending University of Tennessee football games with her husband. A classy woman who loved everyone and a true devoted “prayer warrior,” Margaret cherished spending time with her family.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Calvary Assembly of God. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm at the church with Pastor John Jordan officiating. Burial will follow the services at Sunset Memorial Park. The funeral services for Mrs. Cole will be held via Facebook Live beginning at 1:50 pm on Blue Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Garden's Facebook page.

Honoring her as pallbearers are Gary Cole, Robert Williams, Ron Allen, Adam Rock, Dr. Bose Mikkilineni and Don Priddy. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Priddy and Mark Cole.

In accordance with the current CDC guidelines, the family and the staff of Blue Ridge Funeral Home ask that those who attend the services wear proper facial coverings at all times.
