Lona Diann Lester

Lona Diann Lester, age 69, of Bud, WV passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. Born on December 31, 1951 in Wyoming County, she was the daughter of the late Adam Hall and Lona Webb Jennings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Lester; and her brother, Terry Hall. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Sheila Hartsell and her husband, Richard; her sons, Robert Lester and his wife, Juanita, and Billy Buzzo and his wife, Leslie; her grandchildren, Ashley Clark and her husband, Bryant, Ricky Hartsell, Jr., Allen Lester and his wife, Tamara, Ashley Dallas, Lindsey Dallas, Ian Vanover, Lillee Vanover and Megan Lattie; her great-grandchildren, Bryleigh Clark, Riley Hartsell, and additional great-grandchildren; her sisters, Judith Ross, Linda Lester and Anita Stone; and her loving partner for 37 years, Sterling Larry “LP” Pennix.

Diann was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished her family. She had a “heart of gold” whom was full of love and joy. Diann was surrounded by a large number of family members and friends. She was loved by many people and will be deeply missed by many. She was known as a “MOTHER TO ALL.”
