John Andy Withrow, II

John Andy Withrow, II, beloved husband, father, son and friend, 51 of Mt. Hope passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020. John was born June 28, 1969 in Beckley. He was the son of Victoria Christopher Withrow and the late John Andy Withrow of Prosperity. He loved spending time with his family and his children which were his world. He was a Master Technician for Nissan; loved NASCAR, car shows, dirt track racing and listening to the Eagles and Jimmy Buffett.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathryn L. Vicars; his maternal grandparents, Tom and Frances Christopher of Prosperity; paternal grandparents, Bertha and Walter Withrow of Stanaford. In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Donna Withrow of Mt. Hope; a son, Christopher John Withrow of Lexington Park, MD; a daughter, Emilee Brooke Withrow of Beckley; step sons, Josh Smart and Jacob Cruise of Shady Spring; brother-in-law, Benjamin Vicars of Prosperity; nieces, Kia and Brianna; nephew, Jonathan; his best friend, Chris Williams and his wife, Meredith and their children of Charlotte, NC; and his extended family and friends.

A service to celebrate and reflect upon the life of John Andy Withrow, II will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 in the Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Following the service, John will be laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Honoring John as pallbearers will be family and friends. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 pm until time of the service at the funeral home.
