Born in Hinton West Virginia on March 20th, 1949, to the late Donald Garland Edwards and Virginia Mae Rogers.
Gary was a proud Vietnam Veteran, a devoted employee at the Beckley Post Office for over 30 years, a lover of riding his motorcycles, and sitting on the beach watching the sunrise and sunset.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Garland Edwards Jr.
Those left to Cherish his memory is his wife of 23 years, Victoria Lynn Edwards. His two children, Rosa Michelle Bircham and husband Roger Lee Bircham of Shady Spring, Hayden Wesley Edwards and wife Virginia Gail Helton of Beckley.
Along with two grandchildren Josie Perkins and Seth Wills.
Two brothers; Walter Steven Edwards of Shady Spring, Charles Stanley Edwards of Beckley.
Two sisters; Debra Carol Adkins of Fayetteville Arkansas, and Brenda Diane Bryant of Englewood Ohio
As well as Many Nieces and Nephews.
