Dorothy Lee Arndt

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Dorothy spent her life working various jobs to support and help her family. Her favorite hobby was spending time fishing on New River.

Dorothy was a long time member of the Calloway Heights Community Church now known as Fellowship Bible Church. She was an active member in ministries including the Women’s Missionary Society.

She is preceded by her father Eugene Walker; mother Myrza Walker; and Husband Edsel V. Arndt Sr.

Those left to cherish Dorothy’s memory are her daughter Pamela Lee Arndt; son Edsel V. Arndt Jr; grandchildren Jennifer Arndt, Jason Clingerman, and Amber Stotler; and 5 great-grandchildren.

The Celebration of Life Services for Dorothy will be held on November 27, 2023 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home located at 5251 Robert C Byrd Drive, Beckley, WV, 25801. The Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and the Funeral Service will start at 2:00 pm. The committal will follow the completion of the services.

Dorothy loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all. We rejoice in knowing that she is with the Savior she loved.
