Carol Lynn Buckland

Born July 16, 1949 in Huntington,WV she was the daughter of the late Robert and Carrie Ross.

Carol loved participating in horse shows, softball in her younger years, dance club, and she was a member of the Auxiliary VFW, she also held membership at the Old Regular Baptist Church in Saulsville,WV

Carol graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, she attended Lynchburg School of Nursing and became a Pediatric Registered Nurse.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her sisters, Juanita Tingle, Ann Reynolds, Della Jones, Doris Gooderham, and Gerry Huff.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 52 Years Roger Buckland; sister Ada McFann; brothers, Robert Ross, Bill Lowell Ross; daughter, Carrie(Scott) Kelly; grandchildren, Conner Kelly and Payton Kelly.

Carol has a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

A Service to celebrate the life of Carol will be held Friday April 29,2022 at 1PM at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Russ Jordan and Bill Ross officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

Visitation for Carol will be held Friday April 29, 2022 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home from 11AM-1PM.

In Lieu of flowers send memorial contributions to Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
