Born December 1, 1948 in Oak Hill, WV; she was the daughter of the late Lowell V. Highlander and the late Mary Lucille Dotson Highlander.
Brenda enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, baking, playing her farm game, and had a special love for animals. She graduated from Nuttall High School and was a Bank Teller in the Beckley area for several years. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving son, Michael Williams of Sumter, SC; daughter, Stephanie Via of Beckley; grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Brittany Williams, and Cody Williams; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Williams, Mason Williams, Gracelyn Peters, and Alexander Peters.
In keeping with Brenda's wishes, there will be no formal services.
