Aubrey Haley

Aubrey Haley, 87, of Beckley, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016. He was the son of the late Frank Haley and Mildred Gordon Haley. Born April 7, 1929 in Winding Gulf, West Virginia. Aubrey was an Army Veteran stationed in Korea. He attended Christ Like Worship Center. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Verona, Gracie, Doris, Frank and Rozlin; nephew, Carl Smith. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Virginia Haley of Beckley; step-son, William H. Johnson Jr. (Skip); daughter, Doris Haley Smith of Triangle, VA; nieces, Diane Haley, Mary Houston and Rozlin Heath; nephews, Carlos Smith, William Haley and Glen Haley; niece, Gwendoline Haley; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 1pm, Monday, October 31, 2016 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will follow at a later date.
