I worked with Jim at Eoff Electric. He always made a point to stop and say hello, chat and share a funny story. He never complained about how he was feeling. He will be missed.

Jim and I first met in Vegas and after a couple of presentation calls together we quickly connected.   I think it was our bantering sense of sarcasm and humor.  Jim's quick wit and riddles kept me in stitches.   No matter how much bantering he would throw at me he always closed the conversation with kind words. 

The great people of EOFF Electric supported him thru this venture; they were family and they loved him.   Work kept him focused with a purpose.  

I am truly missing Jim as I write this and will forever be grateful that he came into my life.   Jim, you're in great hands now; don't screw it up!  Peace be with you my friend.

I first met Jim in the 4th grade when my family moved into the Milner Crest area. We became classmates and good friends, graduating from both Marshfield and UO together. We shared a passion for athletics and history. I remember attending a Christmas party at your folk's apartment in Bunker Hill early in their marriage. Hadn't seen Jim much recently, but he used to stop by for a visit when he came through Coos Bay. My condolences to your family.

We got to know Jim much better after Sue passed away. I appreciated his sense of humor, continued support of the Ducks, his keeping us up to date about what was happening with all three sons, and his positive outlook during his battle with cancer. He was looking forward to the trip to Australia and being a grandfather. I last saw him when he traveled to Eugene for business and we met for lunch at the Wild Duck. Thank you for sharing your family photos.
