Richard,
I’ll always remember those lazy days of summer when we would spend all day at lake Perris water skiing   
Also those days when you taught me to snow ski up at Snow Valley. I took what you taught me and got my own Skis, Boots and poles. It felt good that you told me how good I had gotten. 
Those were the days. 

I will remember when we would pour concrete together on new house builds. I really enjoyed working side by side with you. 

You were a great friend and I will miss you. 


I will always remember Richard with a smile. He and I met the first day of high school. My dad was driving me to Beaumont high and saw Richard walking. So he pulled over and asked him if he wanted a ride. With a big smile Richard said sure. 
He and I used to go snow skiing up in the San Bernardino  mountains when we didn’t have classes at the college. And the trips were fun up the backroads to Big Bear in his Vette.

He used to come to Washington state usually once a year and we would hike the forests around the area where I live. We had good times hiking about. 
I will miss his signature smile. And when he really laughed had his eyes would close. So I will forever remember my good buddy that way. He was a great guy. Would do anything for you. 
I will see you soon again my friend. Save me a place.

I’m sorry for our your loss. Richard meant so much to me. He was like a brother and more. RIP  and may God give us strength through this hard time 

I feel like a part of me is gone. We have done so many thing together throughout the years. We worked together. We went on trips together. We grew up together sharing a room and then we were neighbors across the street for over 42 years. I am going to miss going out of the house and walking over just to talk to him. As twins we had a special bond. He was a good father to his kids. A fantastic grandpa and a fun Uncle. He cared more about others than himself, always willing to help out. 

Uncle Richard at a family gathering when his daughter Hailey and my cousin Dylan were little. I loved growing up having my uncle right across the street from me. He was one fun uncle. Always laughing and enjoying time with his family. When I would go over to visit my dad as I was older and see my uncle across the street sitting on his porch and always going over and saying hi to him. I loved times he would just stop by my dad’s house and visit with us and also say hi to the dogs.  He was a wonderful uncle. Love you Uncle Richard.

Richard will be missed. We share a granddaughter together, they had little time together. However, Richard’s picture will go up on her wall, she will hear the stories told to her by her mom and dad about her grandpa Richard… Cheers Richard… they don’t make them like you no more…  

Richard was the fun older cousin(my moms cousin) for my late brother Dylan and I. He was hilarious with that big huge laugh he had. A few memories that stand out would be him pulling me aside saying “come check this out” and showing me Hailey practicing her fake cry in the mirror when she was about 6 😂🌹

When I was there the same trip he had all the little kids sitting in front of him playing WHOS THAT LITTLE DOGGY IN THE WINDOW on guitar and the girls would all do the barking part , super cute.  

And last when him and Jeremy came up to Canada to visit Dylan and I, He knew I played drums and guitar and had a thing for his guitar, he said “hey I got something for you in the trunk “! My eyes probably lit up and he brought me there and said “just kidding” 😂😂😂😂

My condolences to My family, I love and miss you all. I hope to see you all soon and REST IN PEACE RICHARD!! 🌹🌹

There are so many memories I have about Richard but the best one is what a great friend he was to me. It had been year's since that young Richard showed up at Highland Springs to start his first bellboy shift I showed him all I knew,and he fit right in. When later in the early 70s our band played at Jimmy's restaurant Richard worked there also. I did some painting for him with the construction business he had. But the best memories were when I would get a call from him to see how I was doing. God Bless you Richard. I will miss you. 

How lucky we were to spend some good quality time with Our Uncle Richard this Thanksgiving.  I will cherish that time and the many fond memories throughout my life where he added humor, insight, guidance, adventure and family.  We will dearly miss you!

Every time I think of you my heart is full of pride and honor that we had you in our lives.
Though I’ll always miss you dad I know you’re by my side and looking over us. Until we meet again.
