Sharon Kathleen Osgood

Sharon Kathleen Osgood, 73, of Baytown, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 2, 2015. She was born on July 28, 1941, in Cedar Bayou and was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Bryant and Elmira Smith, and her sister Sandy. She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Osgood of Baytown; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Judy Osgood of Old River and Mike and Deana Osgood of Cove; grandchildren, Jacob Osgood and wife Katie, Sarah Valdez and husband Kordell, Blake Osgood and Brad Osgood; brother, Tommy Smith and wife Debbie; aunt, Winnie Campbell; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Sharon loved to travel, and was especially fond of Hawaii and the Texas Hill Country. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Her family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2015, at Navarre Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Biddy and Dr. E. Richard Steel officiating, followed by a private graveside service at the Osgood Family Cemetery on Cedar Bayou in Baytown.

Serving as pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons.

The family would like to wish a special thanks to the staff of Harbor Hospice, who spent many hours caring for her, as well as Dr. Atul Sachdev and his entire staff. You were all her ""adopted"" children, and she loved you greatly.
