Samuel T. ""Sam"" Marlin, 47, of Baytown, TX passed away Friday, December 5, 2008 in Baytown. He was a Pressure Equipment Specialist at Shell Chemical and was a vice-president of the Pistolas. He loved his dogs and enjoyed fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel L. Marlin and sister, Michelle Marlin and is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne Marlin of Watervliet, MI; mother, Vivian Marlin of Rochester, NY; sisters, Debra Marlin of MA and Kimberly Relyea of Rochester, NY; and nephew, Jesse M. Relyea and niece, Desirae N. Relyea, both of Rochester, NY.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Joel Lucas officiating. His body will be flown to Rochester, NY and after another funeral he will be buried in the Ashley Cemetery in Springwater, NY.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made to the Baytown Humane Society, P. O. Box 2772, Baytown, TX 77522-2772.
