She is survived by 5 children, Hector, Melva, Olivia and husband Ismael, Elva and husband Roland, Rosa and husband Rob. Also 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Her passion in life was to serve the Lord and she did so by participating in various ministries at her parish, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She visited and prayed for those in need at hospitals and prisons. Her spirited nature never failed to lift the spirits of those around her. Her hobbies included reading, embroidering, and sewing.
As we bid farewell to Maria Olga, we reflect on a life well-lived – a life filled with accomplishments, service, and an unwavering commitment to family and community. She will be deeply missed, yet her influence will continue to resonate in the hearts and minds of all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Maria Olga’s life was a testament to the enduring power of love and the remarkable impact one individual can have on the lives of many. Her legacy will live on in the values she instilled in her family and the countless lives she touched with her generosity and spirit.
A gathering of family and friends for Maria Olga will be held Friday, August 9, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521. A church service will occur Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1124 Beech Street, Baytown, Texas 77520. A committal will occur Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521. A reception will follow at Second Baytown Church, 6227 N Main Street – Baytown, Texas.
