She worked at Hillside Church, where she has been a member for 30 years. Joy loved and enjoyed traveling, dining out, butterflies, taking photographs, spending time with the love of her life Mike Schubert, and most of all her Lord and Savior.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Fraley; her mother, Margaret Sword Fraley, and her husband, Mike Schubert.
Joy is survived by her sister, Melinda Price and husband David and grandson Nathan Price, aunt, Lois Ball and husband Doug, and numerous loving friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, Texas, 77521.Interment will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park, Houston, Texas.
