Johnny Wayne Majors

On April 22, 2013, Johnny W. Majors of Baytown, Texas passed away. Johnny was born August 18, 1955, and was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. After graduation he joined the U.S. Army and proudly served his country for twenty-two years. Most of his Army career was spent in Europe as Military Police.

Johnny is preceded in death by his dad, John C. Majors and is survived by his mom, Sue Majors of Baytown. He also leaves behind his sister, Kathy Danley and husband, Charlie, of Baytown and his brother, Tom McDougald and wife, Pat, of Arlington; his nieces, Brittany Magee and husband, Charles, of Baytown, Shanna Grimes and husband, Sean, of Arlington, Erica Dixson and husband, Keith, of North Richland Hills; great niece, Ashlee Grimes, of Arlington and great nephew, Nicholas Grimes, of Arlington; aunts, Eleanor Billingsley, of Texas, CO, Joe Hatfield, of Anahuac, and Billie Pugh, of Beaumont; uncles, Wesley Boren, of Carthage and Albert Boren, of Carthage. He is also survived by many loving cousins. Johnny loved football and was always cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.

There will be a graveside service on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Cedarcrest Cemetery in Baytown.
