Gerardo was born to Gerardo Guerrero, Sr. and Maria Christina Olivas, on October 20, 1977, in Pasadena, Texas. He was married to Melissa Guerrero for 28 years and lived in Baytown, Texas where they raised their five kids.
Gerardo was preceded in death by his grandparents; his uncles Tony, Johnny, and Rick; and his mother-in-law Maria Longoria Jones.
He is survived by his wife Melissa and their children Jelissa, Gerardo, Isaiah, Aliya and Jocelyn. He is also survived by his mother Maria, father Gerardo, Sr., and his brothers Eduardo, Carlos, and Alex; and his sisters Claudia, Christina, Silva, Araceli, and Raquel.
Gerardo owned his own company, Triple G Masonry, and worked hard providing for his family as brick mason. In his free time he loved riding his motorcycle, going to Astros games, helping others, singing karaoke, and having new adventures. But above all else, he loved spending quality time with his wife and kids.
The family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Gastric Cancer Research.
The family will receive guests for visitation on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521. A celebration of life will be Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home. The committal service will follow at 1:30 PM at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521.
