My father and I both had all of our insurance with Clayton's Insurance company for many years.  Clayton was always cheerful and helpful.  He always took the time to talk to us and was very helpful to me when my father developed Alzheimer's and I had to take over all of my father's business transactions, including his insurance premiums.   My father and I agreed that Clayton was one of the nicest people we had ever met.  May he rest in peace and may his family find peace in their memories of him.

There are so many memories of the Livingston lake house with Clayton driving the boat with a crawfish boil later that night and years later multiple birthday and Christmas parties at the Lear house where he and Lita where ever present. He was alway focused on his family but most especially his grandchildren. We were lucky enough to attend several throughout the years celebrating multiple milestones.  It was an honor to have known and spent so many wonderful, family moments with you Clayton. You will be missed!!

Mario and Lita helped my mom to get in the boat with my dad and the captain of the boat is Mr. Clayton Farr. We had a great time.  Beautiful memories.

Here is Mr. Farr going to his boat ride. Mr. Farr you are an example of strength, accomplishments, loving family man, kindness, and Christian faith. You will always be remembered.

I would like to share these memories.  In one occasion we were visiting Mario &Beth and there was a soccer game on tv and Mr. Farr said “I don’t know why people likes this kind of game, all I see is men running and running with a ball and they never stop running. Lol. 

Another memory is at the lake house and their special welcomes  with us and before leaving we thanked them and I told Mr. Farr of how blessed he was and he said: “certainly I’m  blessed and I thank God for that and that he enjoyed being in the lake house so much and he like people to come visit. And then he gave Beth a bracelet he bought for her and I thought that was so sweet from a father to a daughter. 

In one occasion me and my parents went to eat at Someburger in Baytown and Mr. & Mrs. Farr were eating having lunch at this place too and paid our ticket that was very kind of them.

One of  my last memory of Mr. Farr  is when he encouraged me to learn to drive and I told him I was a scary cat and that he had an extra vehicle hand controls that he was willing to give me and it touched my heart. I haven’t learned how to drive jet but I will try one day.

Here is my dad enjoying looking at Mr. Farr boat riding and the beautiful view at the house lake, he didn’t know he was next in that boat with him... lol... 
Mr. Farr always refer to  my dad as he was one of his favorite people and Mr. Farr was also someone very special to us. We love this family ❤️❤️ And thank you for always being so kind and wonderful.

What a beautiful experience at the lake house in Livingston Tx. Mr. Farr invited my parents over and took them for a boat ride.  They had so much fun. These memories are going to be unforgettable.

So many of our core TX memories include the Lears and the Farrs. Ms Lita and Mr Clayton welcomed us as family and loved us as if we were their own. We are heartbroken over this loss. We are sending so much love, and prayers of comfort and peace to Ms Lita, Beth, Laura and Matt. "The world has lost a shining light", indeed.

Beth, So sorry to hear of your  dad’s passing.  Your father and mother were extremely welcoming when I visited the lake.    My deepest and heartfelt condolences are sent to you and your family.

We are saddened to hear of his passing. He was such and kind person and the love of our Lord showed in his life. May God provide comfort, peace and strength during this time and the days ahead.

So sorry to hear about Clayton’s passing. He was a member of our 1969 McHi class.I enjoyed visiting with him at our last reunion. My condolences to Lita and the family.

Clayton was truly a good Christian man. He lived his life in a way that showed no doubt about his love of Jesus.
Our daughter was returning from college in Clear Lake when she had car trouble. She had to stop at a “shady “ looking gas/convenience store where other shady persons standing around. Clayton stopped and stayed with her till we were able to get her and car. 
After a death of one of our beloved family members he sent us a great book on handling grief with a note in it
