Bill Jamison, 79, of Baytown was born July 14, 1928 in Goose Creek and passed away Friday, September, 21, 2007 in a Houston hospital. He retired from ExxonMobil Refinery as an Electrician Supervisor and was a U. S. Army veteran. He was a member of Cedar Bayou Masonic Lodge #321 and enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Willie Jamison and brother, Newman Jamison Jr. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Gloria Jamison, son and daughter-in-law, William Lee Jr. and Brandy Joy Jamison, daughter, Judy Jamison, granddaughter, Hailey Brookshire, and aunt, Dot Harrison, all of Baytown and numerous cousins.
Serving as pallbearers will be David Speer, Keith Drewery, Donny Reasoner, Reed Woodcox, Tommy Flewellen, and Randy Flewellen.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Monday, September 24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Cedarcrest Cemetery with Rev. C. W. Flewellen officiating and Larry Davis delivering the eulogy.
