Betty Jo Silverstein, 53, of Deer Park, TX, formerly Baytown, was born September 2, 1952 in Corpus Christi and passed away at her home Sunday, June 4, 2006. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and loved cats, dolphins, butterflies, and playing on her computer.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 9, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Living Hope Church of God, 7611 N Hwy 146, Baytown, TX 77520 with Rev. Kevin Kleinhenz officiating. At her request, her body was cremated.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill Chance and Carol Ohm and brother, Ricky Farmer and is survived by her companion and close friend, Dale Hazlett of Deer Park; daughter and son-in-law, Angelique and Gary Jones of Baytown; brother, Charles Ohm of Baytown; grandchildren, Brendon and Emmalee Newman and Mathew and Stephanie Jones; cats, Suzie and Petey; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
