BARBARA RENE CASTELLANOS DOOLEY, of Baytown, Texas passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 51. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 29, 1969 to Graciela “Gracie” Castellanos. She was married to Clay Neal Dooley for 7 years.
Barbara worked for Communities in Schools of Baytown for over 20 years as a social worker and supervisor, touching the lives of the numerous youths she worked with. She had a passion for her work, with many persons having their lives transformed by her. She cared strongly for her mother and her husband, always compassionate and caring. A lifelong fan of Walt Disney characters and movies, she enjoyed Disney vacations and collected Disney movies and memorambilia.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Graciela Castellanos, and is survived by her husband, Clay Neal Dooley, her godchildren Miles, Zoie, Sophie, and Daniela, and many beloved friends that were chosen family.
