Taylor Jay Payne a native of East Baton Rouge and resident of Central, passed away on June 29, 2020 at the age of 31. He was proceeded in death by Joseph Lee Mallett his Grandfather and Jay Payne his Grandfather. He is survived his mother, Inger Payne; father, Michael Payne; brothers, Derrick Payne and Garret Payne; sister, Madison Renee Payne; his son, Saige Watson; grandmother, Sylvia Mallett; grandmother, Helen Kris; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A small intimate service for family only will be held Thursday and another Memorial Service for Taylor for friends and family will be held at a later date to be announced, due to Covid.
