Ruby B. Britt

Ruby Lee Bryant Britt, a resident of Denham Springs, LA, born on March 24, 1928 in Macel Mississippi, passed away at her home Thursday, May 7, 2015. She was a devoted housewife and mother. Ruby is survived by her sister Bobbie Daigle; children Donna Britt Knapps and husband, Gerald Knapps, Clyde A Britt Jr. and wife, Sharon Rivett Britt ,and Janet Britt Duchamp and husband, Dean J Duchamp; her cat, Boots; grandchildren, Jeff Maggio, Chris Maggio, Heather Britt Berot, Heath Britt, Derek Britt, Dustin Parrino, Cory Parrino; and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Clyde a Britt Sr, her father Anderson M Bryant; mother Ruby Lee Allen Bryant; sisters, Dot Bryant, May Dawson, and Sudie McCauley; and brother, Robert C Bryant. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. Monday, May 11, 2015 from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 12 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Tim Richardson. Interment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jeff Maggio, Dustin Parrino, Cory Parrino, Heath Britt, Will Berot and Hunter Harris. Honorary Pallbearers Derek Britt, Chris Maggio, Gerald Knapps, and Dean Duchamp. Special Thanks to Dr. Todd Cooley for providing his kind and loving care.
