Philip Peter DiBenedetto, 90, a native of Tickfaw and Baton Rouge resident, passed away Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, at his home. He was a retired grocer and Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Victoria; three sons and their wives, Philip Jr. and Mary, Kevin and Roxanne and Raymond and Cheryl; grandchildren, Lindsey Winter and husband Tim, Megan DiBenedetto and Daniel DiBenedetto; great-granddaughters, Chloe and Addie Winter; four brothers, Pete, Frank, Joe and Tony; and sisters, Petress and Rose. Preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Sarah; brother, Leon; and sister, Corinne. Visitation at St. Louis King of France Catholic Church, 2121 N. Sherwood Forest Blvd., on Wednesday, Nov. 24, from 1 p.m. until Mass at 2 p.m. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Donor Services, P.O.
