Margaret Bonano Rinaudo - Our “Mom” and “Maw Maw” was a selfless woman who loved being around her family. From her entertaining habits to her opinionated topics of conversation, she never left a room without a smile. As an 85 year-old resident of Baton Rouge, she enjoyed going to the casino, making fig cookies, and watching LSU football and baseball. She was a devout Catholic and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She passes away on Monday, January 02, 2012 and is survived by her husband John J. Rinaudo, Sr.; children: Kerin Roussel and husband Chris, Blair Rinaudo and wife Lee, and John J. Rinaudo, Jr. and wife Lori; grandchildren: Joey Rinaudo and wife Melodie, Nick Rinaudo and fiancé Christina Honea, Lindsay Rinaudo, Tracie Roussel, Kellye Roussel and fiancé Matt Chappellie, Brandon Rinaudo and wife Andrea, Kristin Rinaudo, and Billy Rinaudo; and great grandchildren: Baylie Imler, Madison Louque, Rileigh Rinaudo, Gabriel Rinaudo, and Gavin Chambers. The family would like to give special thanks to Hospice of Baton Rouge and Dr. Leo Blaize. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 5pm until 9pm and continuing at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 9am until services at 10am. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice of Baton Rouge.
