Kenneth Michael Wendt was born on April 21, 1952, to the late Robert and Betty Wendt in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He passed away on May 10, 2023, at age 71. Kenny graduated from LSU, was a longtime business entrepreneur, and an automotive enthusiast. He was a member of Jefferson Baptist Church and loved the Lord, his family, his dog, Buddy, fishing and outdoor cooking. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Evelyn Wendt of Baton Rouge; daughter, Kimberlee Madison (Bart) of Olive Branch, MS; sister, Cissy Forbes (David) of Pride, LA; brother, Thad Wendt (Heidi) of Zachary, LA; nephew and niece, Grayson Wendt and Shelby Wendt, both of Zachary, LA. A visitation for Kenny will be held on Monday, May 15, at Jefferson Baptist Church (9135 Jefferson Hwy) at 9 am until funeral service at 11, officiated by Pastor David Goza.
