A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Centreville, Miss., he died Friday, Sept. 21, 2007, at the age of 44. He was the owner of TNT Grafx, LLC. Visitation at Temple Baptist Church, 3650 O'Neal Lane, was on Monday, Sept. 24, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation resumes at the church on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Glen Taylor. Graveside service will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Woodville, Miss., at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Thurston, of Baton Rouge; father, Raymond Thurston, of St. Francisville; maternal grandmother, Juanita J. McCurley, of Centreville; sister, Cathy Marie Parson and her husband, Jerome, of Brunswick, Ga.; niece, Sarah Goodin and her husband, Delbert, of Seven Fields, Pa.; nephew, Ryan Knippers and his wife, Jennifer, of Palm Coast, Fla.; and two great-nephews, Kyler and Parker Goddin. Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carrie B. McCurley; and paternal grandparents, Frank and Emma Thurston. Pallbearers will be Ivy Butler, Les Champagne, Howard Davis, Ryan Knippers, Jerome Parson and Brian White. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
