Greg Gouner

Gregory Mark Gouner, age 52, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022. He was born in Baytown, TX, on December 8, 1969, and lived most of his life in Houma and Baton Rouge. Greg was an attorney for 30 years, and was a member of both the Texas and Louisiana Bar Associations. He graduated from Nicholls State University and went on to graduate from LSU Law School. At Nicholls, he was a member of Theta Xi fraternity and in high school, he was a member of DeMolay International. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Elizabeth Leveque Gouner; and his children, Amy Elizabeth Gouner and James Harris Gouner. He is preceded in death by his father, Harris Gouner, and by his mother, Ruth Gouner. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Friday, August 26, from 10:00 am until service at 11:00am. Burial will be at a later date in Houma, LA at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery.
