Edward Lee Caston, age 96, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023. Edward served in the United States Army and worked as an independent flooring installer. He was a member of Redeemer Baptist Church. In Edward's younger years, he loved to hunt, fish, and play baseball. Edward is survived by his daughters, Cheryl Norwood, Kay Thornton, Wanda White; son, Eddie Caston; grandchildren, David, Jason and Michael Norwood, Matthew and Kara Thornton, Michael White, Jr., Ashley Burruss; great grandchild, Archer White; great great grandchild, Braylin Norwood. Edward is preceded in death by his wife, Tessie Caston.
A visitation will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Greenoaks Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 2, 2023 at 10:00 AM, with burial to immediately follow. 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815.
