Dorothy Cleveland Johnson

"Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Boulevard, on Monday, July 25, 2016, from 6:00 PM until Memorial Service at 8:00 PM.Dorothy "Dot" Cleveland Johnson passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the age of 86. She was a resident of Denham Springs and a native of Jackson, MS. Dot was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Frank "Hank" Johnson and wife Judy and Donald Johnson and wife Betty; sisters, Nettie Carver and Effie Brocato; a stepson, Kenny Kelley and former daughter-in-law, Judy Pennington; grandchildren, Tina Devall and husband Page, Wade Johnson and wife Samantha, Dawn Johnson and Dustin Johnson and wife Darcy; great-grandchildren, Bradley Easley, Joshton Zohouri, Hunter Johnson, Tyler Johnson and Ivy Johnson and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank S. Johnson; parents, Henry Wallace Cleveland and Mary Terrell Cleveland; brothers, Henry "Stub" Cleveland and Bill Cleveland; sisters, Ann and Nan Cleveland and a great-granddaughter, Jordan Zohouri. Dot was a caregiver for several family members and a foster mother to several children over the years. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday, July 25, 2016, starting at 6:00pm until a Memorial Service at 8:00pm in the Chapel.
