A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Broussard, she died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, at 7:50 p.m. at OchsnerMedicalCenter at age 71. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until religious service in the chapel at 10 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her husband of 51 years, Jack R. Henderson; three daughters, Sandra Fitzgerald, Diane Burgess and Susan Alhamad; son, Jack Henderson Jr.; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother.
