Catherine Seal Laiche

Catherine Seal Laiche, a native of Washington Parish and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away Friday, January, 22, 2016, at the age of 89. Mrs. Laiche was retired from Sears&Roebuck and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday January, 25. 2016, from 10:00 am until funeral services in the chapel at 1:00 pm officiated by Rev. Buddy Nichols. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Mrs. Laiche is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and Eddie Anderson and Brigette and James Salsbury; a son, Barry Laiche; grandchildren, Tanya Anderson, John Eddie Anderson III and wife Heather Anderson, Jason Salsbury and wife Elizabeth Salsbury, Adam Salsbury and wife Candice Salsbury, Alan Laiche and wife Gina Laiche and Jillian Laiche; great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Haleigh, John Michael Anderson, Grace Salsbury and Kamryn Laiche; sister, Doris Langlois. Preceded in death by her husband, Milton E. Laiche, sister Donis Babin and brother, Ivy Seal. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the loving care given Mrs. Laiche by Judy Wallis, Debbie Littlefield, Nita Vincent and The Hospice of Baton Rouge, and the staff and caregivers of Ollie Steele Burden Manor Nursing Home.
