Later she worked for the State of Louisiana, responsible for the State’s START tuition assistance program. Carol retired in 2019. She lived in the home of her family from 1957 until her passing. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, George and Violet Fulco.
