Camille Cecilia Cefalu Seabolt, 82, resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on December 11, 2023 at home surrounded by family. She was born in Bogalusa, LA, on November 8, 1941. Camille is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stephen A. Seabolt II and Megan P. Seabolt of Baton Rouge; daughters, Mary Theresa Seabolt and Christie Leigh Seabolt (Dewayne Aughey) both of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Noah S. Pedeaux, Piper P. Seabolt, and fur granddaughter Sadie; brother, Joseph Cefalu of Baton Rouge; sister, Josie Thomas of Bogalusa; and many nieces and nephews that she dearly loved. Camille was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Cefalu of Bogalusa; brothers, Roy Cefalu of New Orleans, Vinson Cefalu and Charles Cefalu of Baton Rouge; sisters, Mary Jo Seal of Shreveport, Sarah Paul of Baton Rouge, Rose Allison of Vicksburg, MS, Theresa Busby and Antoinette Warner of Bogalusa. Camille was a force to be reckoned with and could light up the room with her smile and laughter. She loved her family and friends and loved cooking for everyone, especially those Sunday dinners. She also loved her Saints and Tigers, cheering for her teams whenever there was a game. She retired from the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court office in 2011. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 15th, at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, at 9 am until memorial service at 10.
