William “Bill” S. Carradine, native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the age of 79. A veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during the Korean War and a retired employee of Albemarle Corp., he is survived by his two daughters, Vicki Aucoin and husband Daniel, and Evelyn Wascom and husband Bo; one son, Steven Carradine and wife Janis; five grandchildren, Brian Aucoin and wife Candice, Rebecca Weaver, Jaclyn Tubre and husband Torey, Jason Carradine, and Tara Deville and husband Jimmy; ten great grandchildren; and former daughter-in-law, Gena Stephens. He is preceded in death by his wife, Beverly M. Carradine; parents, Morris and Ruth Henderson Carradine; and sister, Shirley Stout. Bill loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, January 31, 2011 from 10 am until religious services at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
