Angelina Mary Drago Brocato

Angelina passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at Our Lady of the Lake. She was 89, born July 12, 1923 in Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation will be Monday, February 4, 2013 at St Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., conducted by Rev. Mike Moroney, with interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, John Wayne and Brenda Brocato, Peter and Suzette Brocato; one brother and sister-in-law, Joseph Peter and Lorriane Drago; and six grandchildren and their spouses, Dr. Charles and Lori LeBlanc, Joanie Brocato Wilson, John Joseph II and Melissa Brocato, Scott Brocato, Jeffrey and Michelle Brocato and Lauren Brocato; nine great-grandchildren, Kirstyn Jones, Connor and Parker Wilson, Cole Brocato, Olivia and John Joseph Brocato III, Marcus, Amy and Ann LeBlanc, and one great-great-grandchild, Cayden Joseph Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, John Joseph Brocato; parents, Peter and Josiphine Canale Drago; step-mother, Katherine Rizzuto Drago; three sisters, Angelina Catherine Drago Brocato, Lillian Drago Cappo and Betty Drago Grundmeyer; and one brother, Salvadore J. Drago. Pallbearers will be Johnny, Scott, Jeffrey, Phillip and Mike Brocato, Richard and Ronald Cappo, and Connor Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Cole, Sammy, Joe and Nick Brocato.
