Virginia K Azzara

Virginia Kay Dunner Azzara, age 67, of Bassett, Virginia passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Mrs. Azzara was born on September 16, 1956 in Martinsville, VA to the late Harlan Dunner and the late Nancy Alice Jefferson Dunner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Anthony Azzara, her daughter, Susan Dawn Azzara, a grandson, Dominique Lee Hagen, a sister, Verneda Ann Dunner Hanschan and a brother, Mike Dunner. Virginia is Reunited with God in her eternal life with her mother and father, her husband, daughter, grandson, sister and brother. Mrs. Azzara was a loving mother of four children, Kelly Mae Azzara, Sara Marie Azzara, David Scott Azzara and Andrew Adam Azzara. Loving Memaw to four grandchildren, Jadyn Hagen, Alexis Desirae Azzara, Anthony Blake Anderson and Zoey Marie Anderson and loving Great Memaw to one great grandchild, Aubree Nevaeh Azzara. She is also survived by a sister, Rose Marie Dunner Taylor and a brother, John Lee Dunner. We love you forever and always! At request, there will be no services held.
