In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Mullins.
He is survived by his son, Jesse Mullins; sisters, Debra Underwood (Harry) and Tammy Jividen (Tim); brothers, Bernard Mullins (Rhonda), Frankie Mullins and Mark Mullins.
Anthony loved fishing and bee keeping. He worked as a brick mason in the construction business.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Collins Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Interment will be on Thursday, June 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Keith-Mullins Family Cemetery located at 3525 High Point Road, Castlewood, Va. 24224.
