

He was born January 14, 2007 in Peoria to Adam and Christina (McCool) Cochran. They survive along with one brother, Collin Cochran of Peoria, a maternal grandfather, Kevin McCool of Pekin, paternal grandparents: Collin and Sharlene Cochran of Mapleton, three aunts: Lori (Marty) Mahr of Pekin, Dawn Mayberry of Pekin, Katy Kyle of Peoria, and two uncles: Robbie (Lillian Hutchinson) McCool of Pekin, and Jamie (Tammy) Moore of Baton Rouge, LA.
He was preceded in death by one uncle, Christopher Cochran, and his maternal grandmother, Peggy McCool.
Ryan was currently a Senior at Limestone Community High School.
Ryan had a passion for music, video games, cosplaying, and Ford Mustangs. He liked to dress up in his Army gear and play around with his brother. He was quick with a joke and could put a smile on your face without a single word. He was artistic, funny, witty, and enjoyed spending time with his friends. When he was little, he used to make up stories on his own that took hours to finish. Ryan worked at Kartville and then moved on to Chick-Fil-A in East Peoria. He was awarded employee of the month and promoted to trainer. Ryan was always willing to lend a helping hand and helped Grandpa Cochran numerous times setting up for Spoon River Drive and keeping him company. Ryan wanted to be a welder after graduation and become a Boilermaker.
Ryan will be greatly missed by his family and those that surrounded him.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Ryan’s Life will be Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.
