She married Elbert E Murray on May 5, 1962 and had two wonderful children, whom she loved very much.
She was retired from Will-O-Bell Nursing Home where she worked for 13 years as a dietician.
She is preceded in death by her parents and grandson Justin Tyme Roach.
She is survived by; her daughter Barbara Arnold; son James E. Murray; grandson James Schwab and wife Addy; great-granddaughter Ellise Schwab; sister Dorothy Gilmore; brother John Thomas and wife Penny and brother James Lynn Thomas; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm at Goodnight Funeral Home.
Services will be held on Monday, August 22, 2011 at 10am at Goodnight Funeral Home Chapel.
