Randal passed away peacefully on June 4, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born on June 24, 1946, in Memphis TN to Mr & Mrs. Robert Dewey Carter.
Known to friends and family as Steve, he lived a full life in and around Memphis, TN. He worked for Burlington Northern Railroad for many years and was known for his strong work ethic and love of the job.
He will be remembered for his kindness, his sense of humor, and his unwavering dedication to his family and friends.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Carol Moseley Carter, his son Chris Carter, and daughter-in-law Danielle, Daughter Stephanie Mcknatt, son-in-law Jason, Son Brodie Carter, daughter-in-law Shelley, Son Daniel Carter, and daughter-in-law Rachel. He will also be greatly missed by his 7 grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
His funeral will be held Saturday, June 8th at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens - 3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133. A visiting hour will begin at 1:00 pm, followed by a service at 2:00 pm.
