Judith "Judy" Simmons, age 79, of Nesbit, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Judith was born April 25, 1942 in Memphis, TN to the late Marlin and Norma Young.

Judy is preceded in death by her siblings; Sonny Young, Leslie Young and Gary Young.

She is survived by her husband, David Simmons, her sons; Patrick Simmons (Barbara) and Vance Simmons (Jamie), her grandchildren; Gregory "Bubba" Simmons, James Dustin Simmons, Kelley Danielle Spriggs (Justin), her great grandchildren; Rylie Simmons, Oliver Spriggs and one great grandson on the way, Levi Spriggs and her siblings; Jack Young and Linda Baker.

A visitation for Judy will be held Monday, November 15, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
